- Organized the Libraries’ Digital Project Committee to coordinate web development, digital humanities, and digital publishing across departments and divisions
- Developed the GMU Libraries’ Diversity and Inclusion Policy Framework as Co-Chair of GMU Libraries’ first Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion
